What do I need to Bring to my First visit?
​
You will need a photo ID, insurance card, and list of any medication you are taking.
New patients must complete a patient registration, medical history, record release, and HIPPA form.
If you prefer to fill out the forms before your visit, click the link below. Otherwise, feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment and we can provide you printed copies of the form to complete.

What can I expect at my first appointment?
​
Your first appointment will consist of a comprehensive exam and evaluation of the head, neck, and mouth. Based on the evaluation, x-rays may be taken. Your dentist will review your exam and x-rays with you as well as discuss how your dental needs can be met.

If you are visiting for the first time with an emergency or dental pain, you will be treated as an emergency patient to satisfy your immediate needs first. Later, you will be scheduled for another appointment for a complete, comprehensive exam.

What age Can I Bring My YOUNG CHILD TO THE DENTIST?

We accept patients as early as 2 years old. However, if your child (at any age) is having a dental emergency, please give us a call at 781-263-9900, we will help!
I'm a College Student, Can I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE?
​
Of course! Our staff has kids, we get it! We happily welcome any college students in the surrounding area to visit our office for dental care. Our convenient location makes our practice a great option for students attending college in the area, some of which include: Babson, Bentley, Boston College, Boston University, Brandeis, Emerson, Harvard, Mass Bay, MIT, Northeastern, Olin, Regis, Tufts, and Wellesley College.
